John Carlyle
Regional Manager
John Carlyle is the Regional Manager and he has been with Pro-Clean for 7 years. This is the first and only job he has ever had as he has been in the car wash business for 24 years. He wanted a 4-wheeler growing up and his Dad told him to get a job and the rest is history! He loves taking his boat out in the summer and spending time with his daughters and grandson. He loves being active all day and loves training new managers. He recommends everyone sign up for the unlimited plan because it is a cost-effective way for you to retain your vehicle’s value.
Melissa Stock
Administrative Assistant
Melissa Stock is the Administrative Assistant for the Region. She has been with Pro-Clean for 7 years. She loves working at Pro-Clean because she loves watching families grow. She says, “I love seeing the kids growing up, couples growing old with each other and I can’t forget about the four-legged fur babies we get spoil and watch grow up as well.” She has quite a few of those fur babies herself and knows exactly where the treats are kept and will sit by the cabinet door where they are located.
Josh Berry
Site Manager
Josh Berry is the site manager of the Coralville Pro-Clean. Before coming to Pro-Clean, he was in car sales and managed a security business for 12 years. Josh is a natural fit for Pro-Clean because he loves interacting with customers. It’s not just about washing cars, it’s about providing stellar customer service. When he’s not at work, he enjoys camping, grilling, boating, and trying new restaurants. He recommends getting a car wash at least once a week, especially in the winter. “Salt and sand are very abrasive and keeping that stuff off of your vehicle can help preserve the paint, keep off the rust, and keep that glossy finish.”
Steven DeClerck
Site Manager
Steven DeClerck is the site manager of the East Kimberly Pro-Clean. He has been with Pro-Clean for 2 years and loves working here because of the leadership, teamwork, culture and commitment to being the best. His career at Pro-Clean started as an after-school job in High School that just kept opening doors for his career. He recommends seeing the Detail Center for an Exterior 3-Step twice a year (once in the fall and once in the spring) to prepare for salt in the winter and UV rays in the summer
Ryan Foley
Site Manager
Ryan Foley is our site manager with the Pro-Clean in Dubuque. He enjoys hiking and fishing with his family, as well as attending church on Sunday. He has always worked in management and was recruited by a friend from High School to join the team. He loves building relationships with customers and employees. His goal is to make Pro-Clean the best place to be.
Justin McQueen-Zingre
Site Manager
Justin Mc-Queen-Zingre has been a site manager with Pro-Clean in Rock Island since December 2014. He is a Certified Professional Simonize Detail Technician and awarded the Sustained Superior Performance Award for outstanding customer service as the Recreation Aid in the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Directorate at the Rock Island Arsenal. Justin volunteers extensively at several non-profits in the area, loves fishing and vacationing with his family and recommends all his customers sign up for the Unlimited Plan.
Greg Pilichowski
Site Manager
Greg Pilichowski has been a site manager with Pro-Clean in Moline for two years and was a manager at WaterPark CarWash for 22 years prior to joining the Pro-Clean team. He is a 2013 graduate of the BNI Business International Networking Workshop and these days Greg keeps busy with a toddler and newborn at home. He loves working at Pro-Clean because it is a locally run business that is a great introduction to the workforce for young people looking to establish an excellent work ethic. Pilichowski says, “Our upper management genuinely wants to do right by our customers and I have always appreciated that.”
James Ward
Site Manager
James Ward is the site manager of the West Kimberly Pro-Clean in Davenport. He has been with Pro-Clean for 3 years and has been in the car wash business for 24 years. This career is a natural fit for James. He’s always been into cars, he is a fan of drag racing, and loves to drive around in his Mustang in the summer. His 7-year-old daughter loves the Mustang, a love that’s been passed down through the generations in his family. James got his love of cars from his father, who still races cars to this day. He recommends customers sign up for the unlimited plan. He says, “It’s the best way to keep your vehicle shiny like a brand-new penny!”
